Delivery & Shipping

Thank you so much for your purchase and kind support of a homegrown business like ours!

We know you might be anticipating your purchase and hence we aim to ship you order out within 3 working days after your order has been processed.

Once we have shipped out your order, shipping time might vary based on the selected courier and depends on location, transport accidents and other factors out of our control. 

While we can assure you that we take precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to courier service conditions. 

Our current primary courier of choice is J&T Express.

Domestic shipping rates

We offer an affordable flat rate of RM 10 for all standard shipping within Peninsula Malaysia and RM 13 for shipping to East Malaysia, for the first 2 kg.

Please note that delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. boxes.

Same day / last minute delivery

We will happily strive to fulfil your request for same day/last minute delivery. However, it will be subject to the following:

(a) Location
- recipient address must be within the Klang Valley

(b) Product availability
- intended purchased items are in stock and are immediately available

Delivery rates will depend on-demand delivery couriers and will vary depending on location. 

If you are after same day/last minute delivery, please do contact us directly via Instagram or WhatsApp prior to purchase.

International shipping rates

International shipping is available though various courier shipping rates, based on parcel weight, will be incurred accordingly. 

Furthermore, should there be any duty & tax charges incur, payment will be done by the receiver.

    Disclaimer

    Dear Scrub will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss or packages that are marked as Delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by our shipping partner, products will not be replaced.

    Any packages returned to us due to complications from the recipient (unclaimed, wrong address, undeliverable), will result in a refund to the customer for all inventory that is not delivered. Unfortunately, because the shipping label purchased was used in these circumstances, we will not refund shipping costs or taxes.​
