Returns and exchanges

Firstly, we carefully make, pack and send out all our orders with love, hoping that you will thoroughly enjoy your purchase. Therefore, we are truly saddened and would like apologise for the fact that our item(s) did not meet your expectations and hence you are intending on returning/exchanging your purchased item(s).

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products sold, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This is thus also protects the integrity of the product for other customers.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 24 hours if the item(s) is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us at support@dearscrub.com (with your name, order number, date of purchase and a photo proof of the damaged/defective item(s)) for a refund approval and further instructions within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).

If 24 hours have gone by since your reception of the damaged/defective item(s), we, unfortunately, would not be able to process the refund or replace the item(s)

Received incorrect items(s) 

Our sincere apologies for our mistake and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We would highly appreciate your cooperation in assisting us to return (return shipping cost on us) the incorrect item(s) - unopened, unused and untampered.

Following this, we will rectify the situation by either issuing you a refund of your purchase or by shipping out the correct item(s) to you promptly - free of charge of course!

Refunds

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrect item(s), please do let us know (with photo proof) within 24 hours of reception. We will then deliberate and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
